We are currently seeking to add to our network of Professional Associates (PAs). Our PAs work as independent contractors assisting us complete Phase I ESAs, Property Condition Assessments, and ALTA/NSPS Land Surveys at locations throughout the United States and Canada.

• Show up at an agreed upon date and time to complete the visual assessment
• Collect all information needed to complete the assigned report
• Make needed FOIA requests in a timely manner
• Complete the report using our templates

• Experience with ASTM E1527 Phase I ESA Standard, or
• ASTM E2018 PCA standard, or
• ALTA/NSPS survey standards, and, a plus…
• Experience using Quire for report writing
