Gold River, CA-based CREtelligent opened its doors in 2015 as eScreenLogic, a Commercial Real Estate (CRE) environmental due diligence firm focused on desktop, RSRA, Phase I, and Phase II site assessments. In late 2020, eScreenLogic rebranded to CREtelligent to better reflect the company’s vision. Since then, the company has grown quickly and today provides property due diligence services to commercial real estate professionals.
Some of that growth came from key acquisitions and mergers, including several small consulting firms in 2020-‘21. In July 2022, NexusCRE merged with CREtelligent in a strategic move that significantly increased each firm’s capabilities. NexusCRE, formerly branded as CRE Surveys, specialized in land services such as ALTA/NSPS land surveys and Zoning Reports.
With NexusCRE, CREtelligent gained a nationwide network of land surveyors, an ALTA/NSPS survey coordinating team, a full-service zoning compliance department, along with a team of environmental scientists. All NexusCRE products and services have been integrated under the CREtelligent company brand.
Today, CREtelligent provides services across the due diligence spectrum, including environmental, property resilience and conditions, land surveys, zoning, and more. These services are delivered on a PaaS platform called Radius that is revolutionizing due diligence across the commercial real estate eco-system.
