You agree that by accessing the Website, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE WEBSITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

CREtelligent operates a commercial real estate due diligence platform that provides environmental assessments, property condition reports, valuations, and other commercial real estate services through our RADIUS platform. The Website provides information about our services and may allow users to access certain features of our platform.

  • You are not prohibited from using the Website under applicable law
