We Hear You!
The NPS Survey also gives clients the ability to comment on their experience with CREtelligent. We regularly see client feedback come through speaking to the ease of using our RADIUS platform and the incredible service experience they’ve had with our team.
But let’s be honest. We also get some constructive feedback, and we take that to heart. We address each one, and the outcome is generally improvements with the platform or processes we can manage more smoothly for our clients.
