We’re retiring the Commercial AVM (CAVM) report and replacing it with Green Street AVM Pro, a more transparent valuation model built on more than 35 years of commercial real estate research.
Here’s what’s changing, why, and what to expect.
Why the change
Our current CAVM is powered by a third-party vendor, ICE, which is discontinuing the product. Rather than leave a gap in commercial valuations, we’ve lined up a genuine upgrade in Green Street AVM Pro, available now inside RADIUS.
What you’re getting
- Full transparency. Every report shows how the value was built: the estimated value from each underlying approach, the comparable properties used, and the market grade applied. No black box.
- Portfolio-ready. Value a single asset or run an entire portfolio.
- Backed by Green Street. A well-known name in commercial real estate research for over 35 years.
- Adjustable inputs. Add more property detail and sharpen the accuracy of your output.
What’s different
Green Street AVM Pro is a step up, and we want to set clear expectations about how it works. Two things are genuinely different:
- It asks for a bit more. Ordering a Green Street AVM Pro report takes a few more details than an address—property sector, size, and basic financials like NOI and occupancy.
- Turnaround is a few hours, not instant. Reports come back the same day rather than on demand.
If a property doesn’t have the inputs needed for an automated valuation, we can route you to a Commercial Eval, BPO, or full appraisal instead—just ask your Client Executive.
